About The Position

Build a Rewarding Career as a full-time Leasing Associate at Richman Property Services (RPS), Inc., in vibrant Austin, TX! This position is eligible for our brand new "Texas Stay Program", designed to reward your commitment, celebrate your milestones, and support RPS new-hires every step of the way! You can earn up to $3,000.00 during your first year with RPS as follows: $500.00 after 90 days, $1,000.00 after 6 months, and $1,500.00 after one year of service. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Position: Leasing Associate (New Construction Lease-Up) Location: Ivy Heights, our stunning brand new 300-unit affordable residential community located in Austin, TX 78744.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, ideally multi-family leasing with new affordable communities
Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and customer focus
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
Attention to detail and strong follow-up technique
Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
Problem-solving skills and reliability
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

Candidates with experience in new construction, lease-up communities
Experience leasing and marketing new "Affordable" multi-family communities in Austin
Yardi property management software experience
Proven track record of achieving high resident satisfaction results
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
Create and distribute eye-catching marketing materials
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect
