About The Position

The Leasing Professional is responsible for on-site leasing and marketing operations at assigned properties. The role includes lease administration, implementing marketing plans, managing daily leasing office operations, and assisting with other duties as needed, with support from the leasing staff. The position is based on-site and requires working the full assigned shift, with availability for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary. It may also involve move-outs, unit turns, and move-ins extending beyond normal full-time hours, as well as regularly lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Able to work a full shift and required work schedule on-site at the property.
Available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
Able to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including bending and stooping.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, property management, or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Proficiency with Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems.
Student housing experience.
Experience with Entrata software.

Responsibilities

Give guided property tours to prospective residents.
Follow up with prospective residents by email and phone.
Complete leasing and marketing reports on time.
Assist with in-house events and coordinate outreach marketing.
Support leasing office operations and staff as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Maintain brand and company standards and ensure the property is consistently presented exceptionally.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager on special projects and assignments.
Complete assigned HR and People Operations tasks.
Assist with move-outs, unit turns, and move-ins, including when these extend beyond normal full-time hours.
