Requirements

1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or residential property management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and other digital business tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and close leases.
Professional, goal-oriented, and highly motivated in a customer-focused environment.
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospective residents, coordinating and conducting property tours.
Promote apartment home features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits to drive leasing activity.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms to maximize lead conversion.
Process rental applications, conduct background screenings, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
Facilitate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using CRM and leasing management systems.
Support resident retention initiatives and execute lease renewal campaigns to improve occupancy.
Participate in marketing efforts, outreach events, and lead-generation activities to increase community visibility.
Ensure model units and common areas are clean, organized, and tour-ready at all times.
Assist with planning and coordinating resident events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
Promote and uphold workplace safety in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
