Requirements

  • Leasing or property management experience preferred (1–3 years ideal)
  • Bilingual in English/ Spanish required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in OneSite (RealPage) required
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community
  • Assist with leasing activities including applications, approvals, and lease preparation
  • Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files
  • Assist with rent collection, renewals, and occupancy goals
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
  • Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve concerns promptly
