Requirements

  • Possesses excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Works initial lead inquiries and elevates qualified leads to Leasing Professional Team
  • Collaborates with Property Management Team to assist in all aspects of leasing apartments and other property management related duties
  • Operates as an extension of the Property Management Team to complete miscellaneous tasks, projects, or action items as assigned
  • Responsible for lead management within the queue and maintain an average follow-up time of one business day
  • Maintains working knowledge of unit availability and ensures accuracy
  • Monitors occupancy for units and other rentable items to meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Identifies areas for opportunity such as creating mini models, highlighting stale vacancies, and communicating occupancy improvement ideas to the Property Management Team.
  • Visits the asset(s) regularly to ensure excellent curb appeal, removes trash and debris as discovered along path
  • Assists in walking every unit prior to showing, providing keys for move-in, or other applicable situations
  • Opens and closes the office daily to include but not limited to refreshing bathroom/kitchen areas, clearing loose paperwork or files, organizing furniture, emptying trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces with disinfected, and any other tasks that would contribute to a clean and orderly environment
  • Maintains 100% completion in any additional training assigned through the LMS platform
  • Locates opportunities for review requests following positive interactions with residents or prospects
  • Assists in marketing efforts such as outreach marketing, event planning, retaining a current market survey, and networking within the community.
  • Monitors marketing collateral and communicates needs with marketing department
  • Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules, and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management
  • Assists in resident retention efforts and other resident needs as applicable
  • Assist with investor relations as needed
  • Has ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends, as well as flexible office locations based on company needs
  • Completes any additional tasks assigned by Property Manager or other member of upper management.
