About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside legal professionals while supporting high-impact projects across a dynamic, multi-brand organization. As a Leasing and Commercial Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting commercial contracting and leasing processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, and gaining exposure to real estate, legal operations, and business strategy. In this role, you’ll build a strong foundation in corporate legal operations while contributing to meaningful work: Support the legal leasing and commercial contracting process, helping ensure timely execution of agreements Maintain and update reports, trackers, and internal systems to keep projects organized and on track Assist with document preparation, filing, and coordination of real estate and commercial agreements Partner with teams across the business, including Real Estate, Operations, Store Planning, and Legal Serve as a key point of coordination, helping facilitate communication between internal teams, landlords, vendors, and outside counsel Support Commercial Counsel with administrative tasks, billing coordination, and special projects Gain exposure to contracting, leasing, and legal workflows in a corporate setting. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of administrative, legal, or related experience (internships and entry-level experience welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Nice To Haves

  • additional education in business, legal studies, or related fields is a plus
