About The Position

The Dale Modern Day Spa is seeking a sales-driven Leasing Specialist/Partner Growth Specialist to help lease suites, build relationships with beauty professionals, and support the company's growth. The Dale operates 5 locations in the Phoenix Metro area and plans to expand to over 12 locations. This is a proactive sales role focused on prospecting, touring, overcoming objections, and closing deals with qualified beauty professionals for premium suites. The company provides a beautiful, professional, all-inclusive environment for beauty and personal-care professionals to grow their own businesses.

  • Experience in leasing, sales, business development, beauty, wellness, hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, and email.
  • Qualify prospective beauty and wellness professionals.
  • Schedule and conduct tours at Dale locations.
  • Explain pricing, suite options, lease terms, and the benefits of joining The Dale.
  • Sell the business opportunity, not just the suite, helping providers understand how The Dale can elevate their brand, improve client experience, and support business growth.
  • Ask for the close on qualified prospects.
  • Follow up consistently until the prospect signs or gives a clear no.
  • Track all activity, notes, objections, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Build relationships with local beauty and personal-care professionals (hairstylists, estheticians, lash artists, brow artists, massage therapists, injectors, waxing specialists, etc.).
  • Use calls, texts, emails, Instagram, Facebook, referrals, and in-person networking to generate conversations.
  • Help create interest in Dale suites through tours, open houses, events, and provider referrals.
  • Re-engage old leads and lost opportunities.
  • Track lead source, contact rate, tours scheduled, tours shown, objections, lost reasons, and signed leases.
  • Provide weekly updates on leasing activity and results.
  • Identify factors preventing prospects from signing and work with leadership to improve follow-up, messaging, offers, and the overall leasing process.
  • Ensure quality providers who are a strong fit are brought into The Dale to protect the brand.
