About The Position
ParkVista Apartments is currently seeking a Leasing Agent for our apartment community in San Antonio, TX. This position offers an hourly base pay plus commission pay ($250 per lease).
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
- Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
- Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.
