About The Position

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for touring prospective residents, guiding applicants through the leasing process, processing applications, and maintaining resident files. This role also involves tracking leads, supporting marketing efforts, responding to resident inquiries, resolving concerns, inspecting property areas, supporting outreach, and maintaining a clean leasing office and property. The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, with a consistent schedule of Thursday-Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or leasing experience preferred
  • Property management experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, digital tools)
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Tour prospective residents and showcase the community
  • Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals
