About The Position

Leasing Agent – Apartments | $18–$22/hr + Perks Location: Sandy, OR (Sandy Place Apartment Homes) Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. This role involves touring prospective residents, guiding applicants through the leasing process, processing applications, maintaining resident files, tracking leads, and responding to resident inquiries. The position also includes inspecting model units and common areas, supporting marketing efforts, and maintaining a clean leasing office and property. The work environment is described as a welcoming community with a team-oriented, supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, digital tools)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• Property management experience a plus
