About The Position

Ovation, a family-owned and privately held real estate firm with a 40-year track record, is a vertically integrated organization specializing in the development, construction, and management of residential properties. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic experienced Leasing Agent, preferably with LIHTC/Section 42 and OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! This position is for our 55+ properties, which are premiere apartment communities in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents. Requirements

• 3 years Leasing Agent experience
• Strong communication/computer skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional Appearance
• Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
