About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze. The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate. To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.

Requirements

• Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety; operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics
• Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
• Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required
• Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
• Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
• Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
• Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!
