About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join the team at Georgetown Manor Apartments. This role is specifically for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, offering 20-24 hours per week. The position requires professional sales and marketing techniques, along with solid customer service experience. The pay range is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes great bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Professional sales, marketing techniques, and solid customer service experience is required.
• Property management and leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner
• Follow up with any prospective residents as needed
• Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner
• Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for the new residents
• Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files.
• Accurately enters rental data into the computer
• Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents
• Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property's paperwork is organized and complete
• Interacts with residents in a professional manner
