About The Position

Coast Property Management is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and able to effectively manage time while supporting leasing efforts across multiple communities on a part-time schedule. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage prospects, conduct tours, and convert leads into leases. Attention to detail and consistency in follow-up, documentation, and customer service are key to success. Experience in leasing or property management is preferred, along with comfort using leasing software. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, is highly valued. Requirements

High School education or equivalent
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

Nice To Haves

Experience in leasing or property management
Comfort using leasing software
Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends

Responsibilities

Answer phones and email and post/monitor social media for the property
Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path
Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for tours
Run leasing applications
Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials
Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files
