About The Position
Brookfield Apartments is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Agent in St. George, UT! If you're friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping people find their next home, this is a great opportunity to grow in property management-no prior leasing experience required, we'll train you!
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
Nice To Haves
- Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred)
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours
- Follow up with prospects and manage leasing leads
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and service needs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders
- Prepare and maintain lease files and documentation
- Support occupancy goals and marketing efforts
- Interact within our multi-family community through resident events & activities
