About The Position
We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent in Austin, TX for a 235-unit property to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
- Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
- Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
- Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
- Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
- Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
