About The Position
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Agent to assist us with leasing at our properties. This is an immediate hire position.
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people skills

Responsibilities
- Greeting prospective tenants
- Conduct property tours and answering inquiries
- Assist applicants with the Leasing process
- Process applications
- Prepare lease agreements
- Update property listings
