LEASING AGENT (Virginia Beach, VA)
About The Position
In this role, your primary goal is to lease to new prospective residents and retain current residents. The position is responsible for completing market surveys. To be a community ambassador and have excellent communication skills and outstanding sales techniques. Handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing ready apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in. Schedule may require weekend work. Other duties assigned. Most locations require dusting and light cleaning. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements

- Ability to interact with residents, prospects, team members, and maintenance staff.
