Datamax is hiring a Leasing Agent / Lease Administrator to support our growing financing team in St. Louis. In this role, you’ll manage equipment lease agreements from start to finish—handling contracts, credit applications, billing, and customer communication. If you have experience in leasing, finance, loan processing, contract administration, or mortgage operations, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a stable and expanding company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in: Leasing, Loan processing, Finance or credit operations, Mortgage processing, Contract administration
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Process lease agreements from origination through completion
  • Review contracts, credit applications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform lease calculations (buyouts, upgrades, refinances, early terminations)
  • Prepare lease addendums and update contract terms
  • Maintain accurate records across systems (Leasepath, E-Automate)
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and customers to ensure smooth transactions
  • Support billing, invoicing, reporting, and customer communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
