Lease-Up Property Manager
About The Position
The Martino Group is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Property Manager to lead the full lease-up and stabilization of a brand-new Class A apartment community. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to take a luxury asset from first unit delivered to stabilized performance and build a top-performing community in one of North Texas’ fastest-growing submarkets. This role offers full ownership of the property, including leasing, marketing, team leadership, and financial performance, with high visibility and direct work with ownership and senior leadership. There is also an opportunity for career growth into regional leadership and asset oversight.
Requirements
- 3+ years residential property management experience
- Strong financial and operational knowledge
- Experience with Yardi or similar software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing
- Marketing and digital leasing experience

- Lease-up experience preferred
