About The Position

American Landmark Apartments, an award-winning company for workplace excellence, is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager for Adley Luxe, a 200-unit residential community in Jacksonville, FL. The Property Manager role is crucial to the company's success and involves overseeing the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager. This includes responsibilities such as due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, and participation in company-sponsored activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry as a Property Manager
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required
• Strong customer service experience required
• Background and drug screening are a requirement

Nice To Haves

• College degree helpful but not required
• Bi-lingual

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise office staff
• Conduct daily physical inspections of the property
• Manage the property's leasing operations
• Utilize company leasing techniques and sales methods
• Maintain full knowledge of property rental information
• Operate the property's budget within company financial guidelines
• Interview, screen, and hire staff
• Prioritize resident requests with efficient and courteous responses
• Generate various company-required reports
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of a resident retention program (e.g., newsletter, referral program, social activities)
• Secure at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the property
