About The Position

Fore Property Company is seeking a Lease up Property/Business Manager to join their team at a Class A Luxury Apartment Community in the Orlando, FL market. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in new construction (high-rise, mid-rise, garden style), development, and pre-leasing through occupancy. The Property/Business Manager will oversee all aspects of the lease-up, community management, property operations, leasing, and tenant relations. The successful candidate will have a proactive, energetic approach, strong property management expertise, sales acumen, and exceptional team management skills. This position offers the chance to manage a premiere community using strong leadership and industry knowledge. Responsibilities include managing the operational and financial aspects of the property, meeting company goals, personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, reporting, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lease up Property Manager in multifamily apartment management required.
  • Experience with new construction lease-up properties a must.
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills
  • Action and results-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently & as a member of various teams and committees with sound judgment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
  • Previous employment history should demonstrate an ability to handle budgets, financial management, and supervisory tasks.
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTCafe software preferred.

Responsibilities
