About The Position

The Lease Return Processor is responsible for inspecting and processing all lease returns brought and procured to the dealership. This role requires daily interaction with customers. This job also requires the assistance the sales department and managers with additional items tasked. This high-visibility role is critical to the dealership’s overall success and presents a great opportunity and career path within Sonic Automotive.

Requirements

1-year minimum experience in any role within automotive sales department
In conjunction with working at your desk, this position will require heavy physical activity in the form of walking and moving vehicles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Inspect and process all lease returns
Ability to deliver a VIP experience to the dealership’s loyalty customers to ensure repeat business
Ability to multi-task and work within multiple systems (CRM, OEM Financial platform, retention specific sites, etc)
Tracks all guest contact and communicates outcomes with the management team
Schedule appointments for pre-inspections and new vehicle test drives
