Requirements

2+ years of accounting/business experience or equivalent college coursework
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
An understanding of accounting functions (Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable)
Experience working in a corporate environment that can be fast paced

Nice To Haves

Salesforce experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the legal department preparing the documentation for renewing contracts
Prepare payoff quotes for individual contracts, process signed documents, and coordinate with other departments for processing
Handle communication between internal departments for leases and sales
Schedule return shipments
Reconcile returned equipment against lease
Reconcile inventory reports
Review warehousing payoff quotes
