About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is looking for passionate individuals to join their Support Center team in Louisville, KY. The Lease Specialist will be part of the Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting team, supporting a large real estate portfolio of over 600 leases. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely rent payments, cross-functional collaboration, and smooth financial data management. The position is on-site with a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate administration, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar payment systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain lease and landlord data within the CoStar system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly rent payment schedules across a large portfolio.
• Review annual CAM reconciliations and investigate/dispute discrepancies.
• Partner with Legal and Real Estate teams to resolve property-related issues.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate landlord payment setup.
• Communicate lease-related expenses to accounting teams and operators.
• Safeguard confidential financial and lease information.
