Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft based software
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities, and to produce detailed, accurate results in a highly organized manner

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of previous lease administrative experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Yardi accounting software preferred
  • Prior real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and abstract all executed leasing documents approved by Asset Management and the Leasing teams
  • Appropriately construct all Property Tenant Action Request forms per requests from Asset Management, Portfolio Management/Property Management, Leasing, and Accounting in connection to adjustments required in our Yardi Voyager system for discrepancies on tenant ledgers
  • Input abstracts and Property Tenant Action Request forms into our Yardi Voyager system
  • Ensure all internal control documentation connected to lease abstracts and Property Tenant Action Request forms have proper approvals and are saved in our SOC1 documentation folder.
  • Review and post Accounts Receivable batches prepared by the Accounts Receivable team
  • Assist Portfolio Management/Property Management teams in updating tenant contact information and Accounts Receivable team with tenant information in relation to annual CAM reconciliations and annual operating expense updates, and other items as needed.
  • Backup for reception duty and mail duty when necessary.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
