About The Position

The Project Manager plays a critical role within DaVita’s Learning & Development Center of Excellence (CoE) in Wisdom and serves as a bridge between strategic learning priorities and the execution of high-complex learning design that leverages innovative methods and technology. This role partners with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and Learning Center of Excellence teammates to scope initiatives, design, develop and project manage complex learning solutions within a wider learning ecosystem that increase performance and drive business impact.

  • Ability to support change adoption through clear communication, training, documentation, and mentorship

Responsibilities

  • Translates business needs into end-to-end learning solutions; defines learning journeys, modalities and measurement strategies; designs and develops multi-modal learning solutions that address complex capability gaps; aligns designs with enterprise learning standards, accessibility, and technology ecosystems.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams (e.g. IDs, SMES, media, vendors); develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables; monitors project progress, mitigates risks and ensures consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Partners with business leaders to clarify requirements and success criteria; serves as primary point of contact for learning projects; supports Learning Center of Excellence intake; facilitates design workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder reviews.
  • Stays ahead of learning technology trends and brings forward innovative approaches; evaluates learning solution effectiveness using data and recommends improvements; shares best practices and contributes to the growth of design capabilities across team; supports change adoption through clear communication, training, documentation and mentorship.
