Learning Technology Manager
About The Position
Accenture's Learning Technology practice sits at the intersection of human potential and technology transformation. Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more enterprise LMS platforms—Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Saba, SumTotal, or equivalent
- Proven experience supporting business development and building learning technology pipelines
- You bring external, client-facing consulting experience from a professional services environment
- You have hands-on experience with AI-enabled learning tools or agentic AI use cases in the learning space
Responsibilities
- Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
- Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
- Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
- Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
- Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
- Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
- Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
- Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams.
