The LMS (Learning Management System) & Talent Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining Hormel’s learning and talent technology ecosystem. This role ensures that all learning programs are delivered effectively through the LMS and related talent platforms. The LMS & Talent Administrator serves as the technical expert for system configuration, testing, reporting, data integrity, and workflow optimization, enabling a seamless learning and talent experience for team members across the enterprise. This position requires strong technical acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including HR, IT, Safety, Quality, and Operations in a fast paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
