Our North America People and Human Resources team is growing, and we are looking for a curious, organized, and relationship-driven specialist to help design and deliver learning experiences that develop our people and support their career growth. As a member of a small, collaborative Talent Development team, you will own the coordination and delivery of learning programs across the North America region while partnering closely with the Talent Development Managers on development initiatives. You will be the operational backbone of the team by keeping the programs running smoothly. This is an individual contributor role with a clear path toward greater program ownership and advisory responsibility as you build expertise in our business and population. The position can be based in either Boston, Chicago, or Detroit.
