About The Position

Cadmus is hiring a Learning Support Manager to support its first university partners in the Americas. The role works with academics to improve assessment and supports academics and students throughout the semester. It is remote and covers 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The manager will train academics, help them design scaffolded, high-quality assessments grounded in good pedagogy, and build and improve assessment templates. They will oversee regional support, maintain the Help Centre and support documentation, route technical issues to the appropriate team, and collaborate with Product on internal support tools. The role also owns academic relationships, including end-of-semester check-ins, quarterly business reviews for priority accounts, and the referral program. The manager will share insights with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Product teams and help shape how Cadmus supports academics across the Americas. Success in the first year includes onboarding and training academics at the region’s first partner universities, delivering timely and reliable support, helping improve assessment quality, maintaining partner relationships, and generating referrals. The role is remote and full-time on a contractor basis. Cadmus says it seeks to extend benefits available to employees in its hub cities to contractors in this role, including paid annual leave and paid sick leave.
