About The Position
The Learning Standards SME provides subject matter expertise in instructional systems design (ISD) and training standards to ensure compliance with NETC, NECC, and Navy instructional requirements. Telum is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Southern Pines, North Carolina next to Fort Bragg. Founded in 2008, Telum specializes in Logistics Support, Operational Support, Training and Readiness Support, and Professional Support Services for the Department of War.
Requirements
- 8+ years ISD and curriculum development experience.
- 8 years of experience with NETC-compliant course/curriculum development.
- Active SECRET clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Master Training Specialist (MTS) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) functions.
- Conduct curriculum compliance assessments against NAVEDTRA and applicable directives.
- Develop and standardize learning objectives, testing, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide recommendations to improve instructional methodologies and training effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with Navy training standards and policies.
