This role acts as a key contact and deep expert in the development, design, and delivery of effective HR plans, policies, programs, and advice to support HR strategies. The Learning Solutions Architect will share specialized expert knowledge, provide consultation, and offer solutions to business management and HR teams. They will maintain awareness of changing legal/regulatory requirements and industry practices, consulting with policy/process owners within HR to ensure compliance. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve policies and supporting materials to enhance their effectiveness for employees, people managers, and HR partners, while meeting compliance and business objectives. Additionally, the Learning Solutions Architect will engage, manage, and influence internal/external cross-functional partners to develop/deliver integrated solutions, facilitate learning/information sessions on HR programs and functions, and manage the integrated implementation of HR processes/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas. This position is accountable for the development and delivery of broad enterprise-wide HR policies and initiatives, which may include significant regulatory components, and will involve creating business cases and innovative recommendations. The role executes diverse and complex policies, implements and develops activities and tools for businesses, and supports people strategy and management activities.
