About The Position

The Learning Program Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering learning strategies that directly support business performance. This position partners closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, diagnose performance challenges, and design solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Acting as the single point of accountability, you will lead learning initiatives from strategy through delivery—ensuring alignment between business priorities, learning design, and performance impact. This role goes beyond training coordination—it’s about consulting, influencing, and delivering results through learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, performance consulting, or related roles
  • Proven experience leading and delivering complex learning programs end-to-end
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align learning initiatives with business priorities and outcomes
  • Consulting Mindset: Skilled in diagnosing problems and recommending impactful solutions
  • Stakeholder Influence: Ability to build trust and guide decisions across all levels of the organization
  • Program Management: Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
  • Analytical Skills: Experience measuring impact and linking learning outcomes to business performance
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator able to articulate value to diverse audiences
  • Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting with business leaders on performance challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage complex learning programs and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and demonstrate learning impact.
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities and multiple initiatives.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management practices.

  • Experience with learning management systems and learning analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and performance challenges.
  • Conduct performance analyses to identify capability gaps and root causes.
  • Recommend targeted learning solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage learning initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Learning & Development Center of Excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate transparent communication regarding learning initiatives and outcomes.
  • Lead business reviews to discuss progress and return on investment.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
