Learning Operations Intern – Data & Platform Quality
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented intern to support improvements across our learning platforms and internal systems. This role focuses on data accuracy, platform quality, and content standardization. The intern will be responsible for reviewing and updating customer records, including access codes, group structures, and account organization. This includes identifying inactive or churned customers and ensuring that platform data remains accurate and well-structured. In addition, the intern will conduct quality assurance testing across training platforms to identify formatting issues, inconsistencies, and usability gaps.
Requirements
- Eligible to receive academic credit for this internship
- Ability to work approx. 20-30 hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
