About The Position
This Position is Contingent upon winning award! This position is Part time/20 hours a wk.
Requirements
- At least ten (10) years of experience working with the federal government learning management systems FedTalent, Percipio and Totara.
- Proficient in technical skills (Ex. technical support, PowerBI, web development, programming languages, information security)
- Proficient in soft skills (Ex. communication skills, customer service, analytical skills, teamwork and collaboration, and continuous learning).
- A post-graduate degree in information technology, computer science, or related technical fields discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Specific technology industry-related certification(s).
