About The Position

The Learning Lead supports HSN by delivering PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment training and providing on‑the‑floor development that strengthens team member performance across the fulfillment center.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience operating PIT equipment and the ability to train team members safely.
  • Knowledge of computer systems (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of fulfillment center experience preferred, with familiarity across multiple roles or departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely, and verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools to ensure accuracy, and clarity.
  • Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process‑change rollouts.
  • Maintain training records, track learning activities, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and OSHA standards.
