About The Position

As a Learning Experience Designer at RPM Living, you’ll play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the learning experiences that prepare our associates to succeed in their roles. This role goes beyond traditional instructional design and eLearning development. You’ll partner with subject matter experts, business leaders, and the Learning & Development team to optimize role-specific learning experiences from end to end—identifying opportunities to simplify, modernize, and improve how associates learn and apply new skills. You’ll bring a modern learning mindset to your work, using the right approach for the learning need rather than defaulting to traditional courses. This may include eLearning, short-form videos, microlearning, job aids, practical activities, simulations, facilitated experiences, performance support, and emerging learning technologies. We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, comfortable challenging the status quo, and excited to experiment with new ways of helping people learn. You’ll stay current with learning industry trends and translate those ideas into practical, engaging, and scalable experiences for associates in multifamily roles.
