At 7 Leaves Café, training is culture in action, and the Learning Experience Design Manager is crucial in shaping how standards, values, and expectations are learned and retained. This role is for a leader energized by building systems, improving consistency, and ensuring training translates into confident execution. The Learning Experience Design Manager is an enterprise-level learning leader responsible for designing, testing, and continuously improving how training is structured, delivered, and retained across 7 Leaves Café. This role owns the learning experience, ensuring content, sequencing, and reinforcement drive consistency and reduce retraining needs. The manager partners with Corporate Training Managers and collaborates with Operations, R&D, and Brand to diagnose training gaps and strengthen scalable learning systems. While primarily office-based, the role maintains a field connection through observation and validation to align learning design with operational reality.
