The Program Manager, Learning Experience Design will create and continuously improve learning programs using an array of educational approaches. These approaches include development of blended learning, including e-Learning, instructor lead training/virtual instructor lead training, microlearning, and multimedia assets. This role is a balance of learning experience design and content creation. The position involves applying human-centered design and instructional design methodologies to develop advanced multi-modal learning experiences, researching and curating content, maintaining existing learning solutions, and collaborating with the Learning Technology Solutions Team. The Program Manager will partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning solutions, manage projects using Agile methodology, and drive innovation in learning deliverables to achieve behavior change.
