About The Position

Are you ready to be at the forefront of live event production and AV innovation working onsite across a vibrant, dynamic campus shaping the future of education? Join the Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) community in our Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) group! In this role, you will operate, install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a wide variety of established and emerging AV/IT technology. Provide intermediate-level support for classrooms, meetings, and events across all BU campuses. Use independent judgment to prioritize incoming requests, attend complex service calls alongside Level II, III, and Senior technology specialists to build your skills, and help train clients and student workers on classroom technology. This is a high visibility role, with daily client interactions that require excellent interpersonal communication skills and care, as we value strong customer service skills in order to deliver a best-in-class client experience. This position may include on-call hours outside your standard schedule. This is an onsite position and may require occasional evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
