Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Learning and Development Manager, the Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences that support employee growth, organizational effectiveness, and a culture of continuous learning. This role facilitates instructor-led, virtual, and blended training programs for employees at all levels, with a strong focus on onboarding, professional development, systems training, compliance education, and leadership development support. The Learning and Development Trainer applies adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to create meaningful learning experiences that promote knowledge retention, skill development, and practical application on the job. This role collaborates with subject matter experts, leaders, and other Learning and Development team members to develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality training programs and learning resources. The Learning and Development Trainer serves as a trusted learning partner by identifying training needs, supporting organizational initiatives, and ensuring employees have access to the knowledge and tools necessary for success. This individual contributes to employee development efforts by facilitating training, maintaining learning content, tracking participation, and evaluating learner feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
