Stride, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for employees, customers, and partners. This role involves creating various training materials, conducting virtual and on-site sessions, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure a deep understanding of products, pedagogy, and the K12 academic framework. The trainer will continuously assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and stay current with product updates and industry trends. Additionally, the role supports strategies for product adoption, assists in leadership programs, maintains training documentation, and contributes to the overall Talent Development roadmap. This is a virtual position open to residents of all 50 states and D.C.
