About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, the Bilingual Learning & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and coordinating impactful learning solutions that support organizational performance, capability building, and talent development across the enterprise.
Requirements
- University degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in Adult Learning, Education, or Learning & Development.
- 5+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Native-level fluency in both English and French (required).
- Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
- Advanced proficiency with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and translation platforms such as DeepL.
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Project management, graphic design, behavioural assessment certifications, and change management credentials are considered assets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, including eLearning, virtual, in-person, microlearning, and video-based programs.
- Lead full-cycle learning projects from needs analysis and instructional design through delivery and evaluation.
- Coordinate training logistics, communications, materials, vendors, and session execution.
- Serve as the primary contact for Learning & Development inquiries and support.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate learning records and catalogues.
- Track learning metrics and program effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
- Support L&D operations, vendor management, assessments, and budget administration.
