About The Position

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Learning & Development Intern at Maxx Properties. This opportunity will be based in our Denver Corporate Office and reports to our Learning & Development Manager. The Learning & Development Intern provides administrative support to the Learning & Development team by assisting with the coordination, organization, and execution of employee training programs. This position is responsible for maintaining training records, scheduling classes, preparing materials, and ensuring employees have positive learning experiences. The internship offers valuable exposure to corporate training, human resources, and employee development.

Requirements

  • Some college classes completed in Business, HR or similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication skills and a creative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva
  • Familiarity with AI video tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Forms
  • Basic video editing experience
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute training materials, participant packets, name badges, sign-in sheets, and evaluation forms.
  • Send a weekly reminder each Monday highlighting upcoming training and registration information based on the monthly calendar.
  • Maintain accurate employee training records and documentation.
  • Enter and update training completion data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Generate and distribute routine reports on training attendance, completion, and compliance.
  • Assist with updating presentations, training manuals, job aids, and other learning resources.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
