About The Position

The Learning & Development Specialist - TCI Trainer is responsible for providing training and facilitation services to a designated audience on specific topics, while monitoring training effectiveness. This role also involves participating in the planning, creation, design, and development of programs and materials. The specialist will collaborate with others, serving as a resource for adult learning models related to facilitation and basic instructional design. They will troubleshoot problems as they arise, support team members in problem identification and resolution, and provide end-user support while meeting service level agreements. The role includes facilitating routine offerings, developing low complexity instructor-led courses, and acting as a consultant for basic level and audience offerings. Additionally, the specialist will support P2 and P3 colleagues for stretch assignments and development, and must be able to travel between Cincinnati Children's locations. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
