As RADCO continues its rapid growth, we are looking for an L&D Trainer who is eager to grow with us and make a meaningful impact on how our team learns, works, and uses technology. WHAT YOU WILL DO The L&D Trainer is an avid learner, curious thinker, creative problem solver, and passionate educator. This individual enjoys inspiring and teaching others while understanding the importance of connecting the “why” behind a process with the “how” of executing it successfully. A significant focus of this position will be systems and applications training. The L&D Trainer will help team members build the knowledge, confidence, and proficiency needed to effectively use RADCO’s business systems, technology platforms, and applications. This includes translating system functionality and business processes into engaging, practical learning experiences that team members can immediately apply in their roles. Working closely with the L&D Manager, operational leaders, and subject-matter experts, the L&D Trainer will design, develop, and facilitate blended learning experiences that support both employee development and business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong multifamily background, understand property operations, and be comfortable learning and teaching technology. They will be equally comfortable facilitating a classroom, developing a training resource, demonstrating a software application, or coaching a team member through a new system or process. This individual will facilitate in-person training approximately two full weeks per month, including new hire orientation, onboarding, systems training, application training, and role-specific operational training.
