The Learning & Development Partner is responsible for facilitating, implementing, and evaluating offerings focused on property leader development across all operational areas. This role involves consulting with property HR, Guest Experience, and operations leaders to provide tailored leader development solutions. A key aspect of this position is ensuring that the mission of Diversity and Inclusion is integrated into MGM Resorts International's training and culture, while also delivering excellent service to internal guests. All duties must be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.
