About The Position

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will serve as a consultative partner to the business—working closely with operational leaders, HR Partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver practical, high-impact training. You will translate real jobsite and business needs into engaging, applicable learning experiences that drive development across both field and office environments. In this role, you will identify skill gaps, partner with SMEs to build relevant, field-ready content, and develop targeted learning solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical expertise and learning best practices, building strong partnerships to ensure alignment, credibility, and impact. You will deliver engaging training, facilitate discussions that drive real-world application, and tailor your approach to diverse audiences—from jobsite leaders to experienced professionals. Learning solutions will span facilitator-led, blended, and on-demand formats, supported by clear, practical materials. You will also evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine programs to maximize impact. Success in this role requires a self-motivated, accountable professional who can operate with limited supervision while leveraging L&D expertise paired with construction knowledge to drive growth, enhance performance, and support career development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, 5+ years’ experience in Learning and Development or related experience, or equivalent combination.
  • Experience in construction or field-based environments required, with strong understanding of construction management workflows and field operations.
  • Proven ability to consult with SME’s, Leaders, and HR Partners to translate business needs into training solutions in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences.
  • Strong utilization of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development strategies.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
  • Travel up to 20% of the year is required.
