Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related training role
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, Articulate)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Manage learning management system (LMS) administration, including course uploads, enrollments, and reporting
  • Partner with department managers to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Track and analyze training metrics to measure program effectiveness and learner engagement
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and impactful new hire experience
  • Maintain training calendars, materials, and documentation to ensure content is current and accessible
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update eLearning and instructor-led content
